Very clean, and everyone was super helpful and nice. Even went out of their way to make sure we had new light bulbs and extra paper towels. Bought paper plates, plastic silver wear and cups.

The home was all in all great. Could use some minor fixer-upers. The floor in the kitchen area is bubbled up some and the beds are not very comfy, could've had a few more ammenities. Chairs on the front deck are broken.

Communication was tough here. most of the early responses to our questions were answered late and very generic. we were originally given an early check in option. we arrived at the early check in time but had not received the door code. after 45 minutes on hold and multiple messages we were finally let in. once in we enjoyed the space. it was definitely unique and cool. it was about a 5 minute walk on the boardwalk to the beach which was super easy! other than communication this place was a great spot for our family and dog!
