I was on the phone for 3 hours past check in before I wasnt able to get access to the property and room. Because my information was never sent to The Beach Club Resort, yet my account was already charged. The customer service with Avari acts like a completely separate company from the Avari that actually rents the unit. The Avari rep onsite is the only person that apparently makes decisions. Yet there is no direct access to the person. The room was dirty. Countertops hadn’t been wiped down at all. Half the electrical outlets didnt work. I asked for a late check out and was on the phone for 2 hours before I was answered. Was told no and told if I stay past check out time the I’m charged a full day payment. I asked for a partial refund since they kept me from gaining access for 3hours and was told no.

Was never informed of construction on the building. Was woke up at 7am to construction noise.

The condo was subpar and Avari is horrible. The first stay with Avari and the last.

Upon arrival , we could not get my father’s vehicle because it was not registered under his name or at all. I was unaware it had to be or I would have done well before time. We had to wait 30 more minutes and get taken care of to get in. Upon entering condo, and elevators were under construction, there was a musky old smell in unit. Everything was very outdated, tv did not work and kept glitching in living room (never resolved ) got woke up both mornings early by construction, hammering, drilling . This condo is def not worth what we paid for.
