What's nearby: Gulf Shores Plantation is tucked just a little over 12 miles down Fort Morgan in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Kiva Dunes Golf Course is located at the entrance to the condos. If you are getting hungry and looking for a taste of what the locals eat, grab a bite at Sassy Bass located on-site near the Dunes building. You are also only a short drive back into town where you'll find mini golf, shopping, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and much more! The places is nice. A few minutes (walk) away from the beach. Plenty of outdoor/indoor pools in the community. Nice tennis court. You don't have to bring your own rackets; we borrowed some from security office. There is a restaurant in the community which is another plus. Flaws. There are ants in the kitchen and on the dinner table. Pest control services will be helpful. Saw cockroach in the kitchen floor a few times. Again pest control will help. Just a note for awareness not necessarily a flaw. There is no coffee or condiments in the property.
