Overview

This is a fantastic getaway for an individual or a couple of outdoor enthusiasts. This studio is centrally located in Park City and only a half mile from Park City Resort. Whether you're planning to ski, snowboard, hike, or explore the many charms of town, you'll love coming home to the outdoor hot tub. (The hot tub is shared with another vacation rental that may be occupied during your stay.) This charming studio offers a fully equipped kitchen with windows on three sides, allowing for plenty of natural sunlight.

You can easily reach the Park City Mountain base area (less than half a mile west), Historic Main Street (half a mile south), and the Rail Trail (half a mile north) by walking or by taking the citywide shuttle (a stop is located just steps away). You'll also be only 500 feet from City Park, and within walking distance of the skateboard park, baseball fields, a children’s play area, and a gazebo. On sunny days, enjoy walking to Old Town Park City via the City Park walking the path alongside the creek.

Previous reviews were spot on. Great location especially if you have a dog. Right on the city park which was busy with events the weekend of our stay. But amazingly quiet inside the cottage even tho live music was super close by. Nice parks for dog walks and bike/walking path to get to Main St and beyond, easy trekking distance. On site parking was good. Clean, nice interior, large bathroom. A sweet little hidey hole in bustling PC. Perfect for 2 humans, 1 dog. Thx Avari!

Place was great, comfy bed, good kitchen, nice courtyard and close to a park for the dogs. Very walkable to town to eat and shop.

Great location. Despite some early communication glitches, I had a very nice stay and they stepped in to resolve some minor issues that arose. Great for a single traveler. Very clean.

Perfect location! Right across the street from City Park and the creek trail (in which my dog waded every day). A lovely shaded 10-min walk to main street restaurants. Felt private even next to the park, because of how tucked back the entrance is. It was a quiet street, and silent at night. There was a Park Silly event with a band playing in the park during one of our days there, which was fun to watch and was not at all too loud when we went back inside. The driveway was long enough to fit a small hatchback and a large truck end-to-end. It was well-prepared with things you don't always find at Airbnbs (ie a proper dish set instead of castoffs, measuring cups, scissors, over-door hooks, pedestal fan, extra bedding/towels, spacious closet, etc). It was so convenient to walk right out the door to the park for doggy business, and the hosts provided a flashlight for nighttime trips. A/C was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly recommend this spot as a great one.
