KITCHEN & DINING

An open-concept floor plan makes the well-equipped chef’s kitchen a delight to cook in. Stainless steel appliances include a gas range and side-by-side fridge, and there's ample counter space for meal prep.

Choose from three dining areas: the roomy two-person kitchen bar, the six-person breakfast nook, or an elegant dining room for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Your two-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the second living area.

Downstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The spa-like master bathroom has two modern sinks and a walk-in rain shower with multiple showerheads.

We picked this unit b/c of it's proximity to the Town Lift and to the Park City shops. In that regard, it did not disappoint. One block away from the lift and plenty of restaurants and shops around.

The management company was generally pretty good. They responded quickly to questions and had a replacement Keurig the same day we notified them that the existing one stopped working. The only issue I had was they indicated we'd be told when the unit was ready for us, but the notice never came. We eventually gave up waiting and went in.

The unit itself was spacious, lots of kitchen amenities and even some basic cooking supplies like oil, spices.

The heat downstairs didn't work very well but there were space heaters to compensate. Note that if three space heaters are running for the three bedrooms, it'll trip the fuse. We plugged one into the master bath outlet (different breaker) to get around that.
