Overview

This pristine 2BR/2.5BA getaway features an open-concept living area with new furnishings, a gas fireplace, and lovely mountain views from the private balcony. Two suites provide added luxury.

Situated at the base of Canyons Village at Park City, the Residences at Blackstone are just a short walk from the Cabriolet ski lift as well as shopping and dining options.

Enjoy exclusive access to on-site amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and a state-of-the-art fitness center -- all open year-round. During the winter season, complimentary door-to-door shuttle service to the gondola and other Canyons Village attractions is provided.

LIVING AREA

Detailed with high ceilings, a gas fireplace, and all-new furniture, the immaculate living area is the ideal place to relax after fun-filled days. The plush sectional converts to a sleeper, while the Apple TV sets the scene for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

A full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops gleam in the sparkling kitchen. Find everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes.

When meals are ready, both the kitchen bar and dining table accommodate four.

BED & BATH

This property sleeps five guests between two comfortable primary suites and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The first suite offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second suite is fitted with a queen bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee on the mountain-view balcony, furnished with seating for four.

Clubhouse amenities are available year-round and include an outdoor heated pool (5-feet deep), an outdoor hot tub, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are provided.

Parking spaces may be available in front of the building on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no guaranteed parking.

This vacation rental is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.

LOCATION

Enjoy an incredible location adjacent to the 13th fairway of the public Canyons Golf Course and a quick stroll from the Cabriolet ski lift. During the winter season, Canyons Village Connect offers complimentary door-to-door service to the base and other community attractions.

Park City Main Street is just an 8-minute drive, and the complimentary Park City bus line stops right around the corner.

Consistently ranked as one of the nation’s best, nearby Deer Valley provides an upscale ski destination 12 minutes away. Utah’s newest ski resort, Woodward Park City is an easy 11-minute drive.

Overall, the stay was good and the unit was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, though not truly ski-in/ski-out as you do need to walk a few minutes to the lift.

Three issues stood out:

1. The garage keypad code worked, but it wasn’t explained that building access required entering through the garage, which caused some initial confusion.


2. The listing mentioned a sauna as an amenity, but there was no sauna available. This was disappointing since it influenced our booking decision.


3. Snow removal took place around 3:00 AM on two nights. The prolonged noise from plowing and a gas snow blower made it difficult to sleep.

Aside from these items, the property itself was nice and we enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Blackstone! The location is perfect—central to biking, hiking, the slopes, and great restaurants. The condo itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well stocked with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our week in Park City and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a short walk to the ski lift, making it easy to hit the slopes early and enjoy every moment on the mountain.

After a long day of skiing, coming back to such a cozy and comfortable space was a treat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep before another adventure-filled day. The hot tub and pool were the perfect way to relax and unwind, and we loved having these amenities available after being out in the cold.

The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was great not having to worry about bringing extra cookware or utensils. Plus, the entire condo was spotless upon arrival, which really added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our trip.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place for a ski getaway!

My family of 4 stayed there in February 2025. It's a great place, clean, great amenities and easy to get to the Canyons Ski Hill (5 minute walk to the lift OR you can call the free shuttle van to take you right up to the Canyons).
