The living area includes a sleeper sofa, a lounge chair, and a wood-burning fireplace. Gather around for movie night on the 40” TV.

The upgraded kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and countertop dining for post-slopes refueling.

This condo sleeps up to four guests in one bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Explore the many art galleries on Main Street and stop in the High West Distillery and Saloon or the Prime Steak House and Piano bar for a drink. Don’t forget to check out the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for dessert!

Deer Valley Resort is within 10 minutes from the condo by car. Or enjoy a day of golfing at Park City Golf Course located within a 5-minute drive.

The pros: great location, across the street from the ski resort. Nice unit, clean, has everything you need.
The cons: trying to find the unit was ridiculously difficult. The building #s are very small and hard to find on the building. The directions didn't reference the condo complex name which would have been very helpful. There are all kinds of one-way streets that make following directions very difficult. Also, the floors in the unit above the bedroom are extremely loud so when anyone is walking around late at night it is hard to sleep.

Great location. Close to everything. The unit was clean when we arrived. The entire apartment complex just received and new coat of paint and stain. We plan on coming back next year.

great for our needs, we wanted something that was easily assessable. It is up one floors close to the garage parking, the city bus stop was less than a 5 minute walk, there is a convenience store a short 3 minute walk away, the place was clean and welcoming, only thing i disliked was the main room bed. It was HARD, other than that no complaints.
