This amazing cozy condo, located just below the Canyons Village, comes complete with a host of on-site amenities that are sure to keep everyone delighted and entertained. The condo is well-furnished with western flair and is designed with comfort in mind. It has everything you need, including high speed WiFi, three TVs, a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and updated appliances. You and your guests can enjoy cooking in the full kitchen for your family or for entertaining with friends. The beds have down comforters to make you warm and cozy at night. All linens are provided including upgraded sheets, down comforters, and nice towels. Warm up in front of the gas fireplace after a full day of skiing. A portable A/C unit is available to cool down the home in the summer. A gas BBQ and patio furniture are provided on the deck. Come and enjoy this amazing condo and rest assured, there have never been any 'unhappy campers.'

Cute, basic needs met, comfortable.

It had most things that we needed. We don’t love to eat out so it was good for cooking food.

The ad did not say anything about the property not having AC. It was so hot, especially the first night. However after I communicated that with the owner, they sent us a fan that was delivered the next morning. That helped a lot.

Avari Management had a really clean place although the place was smaller than I thought. if you're a family who doesn't mind privacy in your rooms this is a good place but if you need privacy in your rooms I'd not fully recommend it. There was just one bedroom with a door, the rest of the beds were put in a living room upstairs with no doors.
At least where I was didn't have a smart TV in the hall but had smaller 32" smart TVs in another room which we brought out to use.
In my case they changed my apartment less than 24 hours to my check-in and the new apartment I was moved into was smaller (I'll say was a downgrade: 5 beds and bigger kitchen in original booking vs 4 beds and smaller kitchen in new place) although this smaller place was pricier on Airbnb than the original.
Luckily my group and I were able to adapt and we still made our stay enjoyable.
Overall, I'll recommend Avari because their place was clean and we prioritized cleanliness.
