Resort studio with balcony, pool & hot tub access & free ski shuttle

Cozy and warm, this Northstar vacation condo with mountain views is the perfect place to spend time with your nearest and dearest. Shared amenities offer plenty to do, and it's not far to excellent skiing. The Village at Northstar is a luxury resort near Truckee. A free shuttle will pick you up at the condo building and bring you to the rec center, golf, or skiing (0.5 miles away). If you prefer, though, feel free to bring a car! Please note that in winter, 4WD may be needed.

The wooden walls and modern furnishings make this studio a cheerful, friendly place to spend time. Sliding doors lead out to a little balcony where you can sip a glass of wine while you watch the sun set over the mountains. A double-size Murphy bed pulls down from the wall, and can be put back up during the day for more living space. There's also a futon, so this studio can accommodate up to four guests. On a chilly winter evening, spend time playing board games, or watch a movie on Netflix on cable while the fire keeps you toasty. If you're keeping up on work while you're away, log onto the WiFi. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen and dine together at the dining table. There's a dishwasher, so cleanup goes fast.

Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

The Cross Country, Telemark + Snowshoe Center offers tons of outdoor fun. Go downhill or Nordic skiing or snowshoeing. If you didn't bring gear, don't worry - you can rent it here.
