Nestled just 200 feet from the slopes, ski home for lunch at this ideal 1BR Ski Trails hideaway. Additional perks include a private ski locker! Stroll minutes to the village to discover a selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Visit the Northstar Recreation Center and enjoy the pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis and other sports courts, and a playground. In the summer, a host of nearby outdoor activities await, including hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Relax on the sofa and a sofa bed in the living area. (The fireplace is currently not operational.) At night, get cozy and play one of the provided board games or watch favorite TV shows. Prepare hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring an array of appliances and helpful gadgets. When it's time to eat, gather for fresh cuisine at the dining table for two. Enjoy morning coffee at the two-seat kitchen bar. Enjoy a peaceful slumber in the bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and complimentary communal laundry facilities. Like most homes in the area, this property is not equipped with air-conditioning. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, hot tubs, an Olympic-sized pool and kiddie pool (open seasonally during summer months), a year-round lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. Offering a superb location just 200' from Condo Run and 300' to Coyote Run, enjoy seamless access to the world-class skiing at Northstar Resort. Stroll to dining, shopping, and entertainment options in the nearby Northstar Village. In the summer months, take delight in a host of nearby outdoor activities, including tennis, horseback riding, golf, hiking, and mountain biking with chairlift assist. Things to Know Outdoor wood-burning fires and gas and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

The location for skiers is clearly the star of this clean and comfortable property. We LOVED being able to walk out our door and basically ski right down to the gondola and lift. And everything else was great too. There was plenty of bedding, generous starter supplies of amenities, comfortable furniture, and parking for two cars. Laundry is available closeby up some stairs, and it wasn't too crowded the day I went. The few less perfect things were a slow shower drain upon arrival (although Vacasa sent someone out to fix this within a day of request), a fridge that was not regulating perfectly (there was a note about this, so we knew to watch the thermometer inside, and all worked out), and the gas range did not have a ventilator, which I would have preferred. But we would for sure love to stay again during ski season.
