Nestled among the pines of Northstar California Resort, this first-floor condo offers a truly exceptional mountain retreat. This is a recreational setting that can't be beat - just half a mile from the Village at Northstar, the NPOA Recreation Center, and the base of the Highlands Gondola, the Big Springs Express Gondola, and the Village Express Lift. Not only does this condo enjoy prime access to the slopes of Northstar, it gives you the option of using the pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, game room, playground, and BBQ grill areas at the NPOA Rec Center. There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. After a day of activity and adventure, you'll be greeted back at home by luxe finishes, leather furnishings, and large windows that frame the surrounding woodlands. Enjoy a richly furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a peninsula breakfast bar and a dining table for mealtime seating, and a soft leather sectional where you can curl up and stream movies in the evenings. In addition to the one bedroom - with a TV of its own - the living room sofa pulls out into a bed. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is provided as well. Things to Know Free parking for 2 car(s) allowed. Check in time: 4 p.m. Check-out time: 10 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. This ski in ski out condo was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Communication with management team was excellent. Kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and we were grateful to be able to bring our dog.

Our experience with this property was five stars from start to finish. Every room felt well-maintained and inviting. Everything was clean and well provisioned. The location could not have been better - was a short walk to the Village with all of its shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. This really is an ideal home base for anyone looking to explore the Lake Tahoe area.

Overall, we had a great time staying at this property and the close vicinity to the slopes at Northstar were amazing (takes about a 10 min walk to get to the beginning of the ski trail path on Northstar so that you can just ride down to the gondola or chairlift. Having parking included is a great selling point as well. I would definitely stay here again!
