Covenient and nice place. However, there were several issues that I had to interact with Vacasa about and Vacasa itself was not great. The toilet seat cover in hall bathroom didnt stay up, the shower curtain fell on us twice, there was hardly any utensils, i couldnt find a shovel and vacasa didnt know where it was, i didnt know we couldnt use the garage and some other items. There was not a clear document (hard or soft copy) for check and check out and even when I asked Vacasa for specific check out instructions, it was incomplete (for example what to do with trash). But overall the place is nice, just know that it isnt a seamless stay with current property management.

Pros: great location. Easy and quick access to North Star. Very clean home. Really cool fireplace. Home easily keeps warm. Enough space for 5 people. Modern appliances like laundry unit to dry clothes. Excellent water pressure. Easy check out process. Access to Disney + on the TV.

Cons: no access to garage to park car. Small shovel to clear driveway. No info on accessing recreation center. Not much amenities in the home. Old janky kitchenware. Coffee maker but no coffee.

The house was amazing with it's own sunroom which on our last day in the morning, we had a family of bears visit us and they were so close that the only thing between us was the sunrooms screen.

Nicely equipped home in a nice neighborhood, and just a 5-minute drive to Northstar village. The only downsides are that the outside deck needed some serious cleaning and the driveway was narrow and curvy - not easy to park. But apart from that - all good.
