FYI -- maybe in the listing but i missed it: the pot belly stove is a "do not use" situation. Probably a sensible restriction, but I did not know beforehand.

For a large family this is a great home. 4 floors of living space give you ample room for everyone without being crowded. Stairs are wide and easy to maneuver but not easily suited for wheelchairs. Two living rooms lets the game group be separate from the quiet group. Beautiful reading area, comfortable beds and furniture enough for everyone to sit around the dining table or get together in the living rooms. Plenty of room for several cooks in the kitchen at once and the large island, counters and extensions with seating for 4 lets you cook, serve, and enjoy everyone's company at once. Heating is excellent, lots of blankets for the beds, and the added bonus of the hot tub, sauna, and steam shower were awesome. The design of the home was breathtaking with windows that made you feel like you were part of the nature outside around you. Neighbors were close but quiet and you could not see them for the trees. The oversized two car garage allowed us to unload without climbing through the snow. Someone had even cleared the driveway and walkway before our arrival. The shuttle service came right to your doorstep and took everyone to the ski village and lifts. The home is so close some of us walked to the resort. The home was clean without any smells/odors or dust. Please note that pets are allowed and there were some stains on the carpet, but they looked as if they had been cleaned and there was no odor or pet hair. A few areas have carpet, but the main areas and walkways were hardwood flooring. We felt at home and were very comfortable. Would like to come back in the summer months!

My family and I loved everything about this house! The layout and space was perfect for our family. The houses many amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together.

We loved house architecture and a light space provided by high ceilings and large beautiful windows. House is comfortable for a big family with small kids. However, only two bedrooms have independent bathrooms. Other rooms and common areas rely on a single common bathroom. If your group is not ready to share bathrooms, this house is not for you. We would rent this house again for the family ski trip with kids and grandkids.
