This home offers prime access to all three South Shore ski resorts, including Heavenly (7.3 miles), Sierra (11.5 miles), and Kirkwood (29.4 miles). Travel 3 minutes to a wide array of dining, shopping, and golfing at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course. Enjoy hiking, biking, and snowmobile riding at nearby Pioneer Trail (4 miles). LIVING AREA The welcoming living area is the social heart of this newly built home, boasting vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and ample natural light. A large sectional comfortably seats the group to watch movies on the 65-inch TV. KITCHEN & DINING The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the eight-person table, with room for three more at the kitchen island. BEDS & BATHS Find comfort in the tranquil primary suite, which features a queen bed, sitting area, 58-inch TV, and access to the deck. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfortable and the quality of the home was apparent in the furnishings as well. The living room was spacious with a large sectional and the adjoining dining room table was perfect for our family dinner. The kitchen had very nice appliances and very well stocked. The primary bath was very large with a lovely shower, dual vanities and soaking tub. All counters were granite and the bathroom floors and shower walls were travertine. There were extra pillows and towels which made it feel more homey. The addition of ceiling fans in the primary and living room were greatly appreciated. They even included an additional portable fan which we used as well. It was great to be able to park in the garage to keep out of the heat and unpack groceries. Even though the home was located on a corner of a slightly busy street we did not hear the traffic. It was a little further from the center of Lake Tahoe than I would have preferred it is just the STR zoning laws that affect having rentals closer. I would have preferred a king bed in the primary as there was enough space for one although the bed was really comfortable.
