Host a family cookout beneath the shade of a pergola -- the kids will flock to the playground while you grill. Inside, the 1,685-square-foot floor plan features a fireplace plus a gourmet kitchen chefs will love. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, making it easy to unwind after a day of outdoor adventure. The gleaming kitchen is outfitted with a suite of stainless steel appliances. Meal preparation is simple, thanks to a gas range and French-door fridge. A high-top table seats eight to home-cooked meals in the dining room. The sprawling yard has an array of alfresco dining areas. A gas fireplace sits center stage in the light-filled living room. Settle in on the comfy furnishings and screen a film on the 58-inch smart TV. Sleep soundly on a California king-size bed in the primary bedroom. An en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) features a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination. Comfort awaits in the second bedroom, detailed with a queen bed and a large walk-in closet. Two full beds await in the third guest room, which has a balcony and an en-suite bathroom (which can also be accessed from the hallway) with a tub/shower combination. THINGS TO KNOW Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This two-story home does not have air conditioning. The property is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs at the entryway. In Winter, be prepared to encounter snow and ice. Drive, dress, and move carefully.

Our 5yrs Lab enjoyed the huge backyard with snow! This house is super dog friendly. We had great time in winter with a lot of snow and it would be fun without snow for sure.

Comfortable and clean home away from home with more amenities than I could imagine available for our family. Absolutely loved every part of it and we cant wait to visit again.

The size of the house and backyard was perfect for 6 people and 3 dogs. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard especially with all the snow that had fallen. The TV can be a bit of a pain to work as it is really slow and will occasionally crash while you are streaming. Overall great stay and I would definitely book it again when visiting.
