Recently upgraded, this home boasts new luxury vinyl flooring, new carpets in the bedrooms, and new decor including lamps and rugs throughout. Step inside the inviting living space where you'll immediately feel at home. The open floor plan is seamless, and there's also a connected full kitchen and dining area for sharing meals and conversation. Windows throughout the entire space create a vibrant and warm environment, with views beautiful views of the natural setting outside. The living room offers a gas fireplace, the perfect addition for snowy days. In the summer months enjoy the peaceful setting on the front deck, or head to the back deck to entertain and host at-home barbeques. This home is conveniently located to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Just a short four miles away takes you to the south shore casinos, a variety of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. For the skiers in the group, Heavenly Valley Ski Resort is only three miles away. There are walking trails within a block of this home and biking trails nearby as well. Year-round South Lake Tahoe offers something for everyone! Things to Know City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500: a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 8 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit. b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited. c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces. f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours. g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property. h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

This is our second visit to this cabin! Its very cozy and suited our needs perfectly. Plenty or space outside for snow play, comfy couches for lounging, and big dining table for games and dinners. It’s close to everything, but we didn’t plan on leaving the cabin. The beds unfortunately are extremely uncomfortable which is really the only negative comment I have. No one was able to sleep all weekend because of the mattresses despite our active days. Otherwise we had a great time and will be back again!

This was the very first time I booked and from start to finish it was the easiest booking I have ever done. Home was very clean and very well maintained. Will definitely refer family and friends to this location as well as making this our yearly go to spot for vacationing!! Very quiet neighborhood and only a 7 minute drive to shops and casinos!!
