This house near Stateline Beach is the ideal retreat for family and friends vacationing together. Between the patio with a propane grill and the spacious upper deck with lots of seating, there's room for the everyone to spend time in the sun or under the stars. Walk just minutes to Heavenly Gondola and the beach, with fantastic mountain views. Rent your gear there so you don't have to lug your skis! Restaurants and entertainment are also within walking distance.. This unique property has two open and welcoming living areas, with ample seating and TVs for those relaxing apres-ski moments. The living room on the main floor features rich hardwood floors and a wood-burning stove with stone surround; gather for a toasty fire and hot chocolate. The main floor also has a full kitchen, while the second floor features a wet bar. Both floors have dining areas, as well. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a California king bed and TV. Three guest bedrooms each feature a comfy queen bed. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided. City of South lake Tahoe VHR Permit #332850 THINGS TO KNOW This property is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 8 persons. Up to 4 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit. b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited. c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved Surfaces. Only 3 vehicles allowed. f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours. g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property. h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse. i. Trash day is every Monday. ☐ Bear box: All trash shall be stored in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South Tahoe Refuse on trash day. ☐ No bear box: Trash and recycling shall not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day. Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both occupant and to the property owner.
