Upon entering, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams, adding a rustic touch to your stay. Sit by the warmth of the gas fireplace as you stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and snacks. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming is available using your own accounts. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

This is a comfortable and relaxing home in a great location. It’s within walking distance to many great restaurants and Whole Foods and the Marina. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the Lake. The yard is fully enclosed & large enough to play a lot of catch with my dog. I would definitely stay here again!!
