Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

I really loved the place, it matched the description, great location, etc

My only complaint: the water was shut off during business hours during the week. Avari communicated very clearly about this, and it was due to something outside of their control. However, not having water during the day is a massive burden and when I asked for some kind of reimbursement/compensation, they were not open to this. This seemed like a very specific situation so I don't think something like this would happen again but I did not appreciate the management's handling of this.

Location was perfect and so nice to have the private beach! Amenities were good and staff was very nice and helpful. Really good Indian food and a taqueria right next door which was awesome. No issues with our stay at all and we will definitely be coming back!

Such a great location with access to a private beach on the lake. 2 pools and hot tubs as well. The room was cozy and clean. The balcony does face the main road through town but it did not bother us at all. Location is perfect and close to front desk and 1 of the pools. We walked everywhere while we were there. Its about 25 to 30min walk to the heavenly gondala. We really enjoyed it there!
