With such a central location on Lake Tahoe Boulevard, you and your guests will have no trouble finding dining hot spots within walking distance of the condo. Though summer will be the time for boating, fishing, swimming, and tanning on the warm sand, winter will bring fresh powder that will be calling the skiers of the group. There is no need to worry about a long commute to the slopes, as Heavenly Mountain Resort is just two miles away.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

This condo was the perfect place for our family during our short stay. It was clean and the owner was super responsive no matter the time messaged with a couple questions. There was plenty to do at the complex it’s located in (pool, hot tub, sauna) and had a beautiful private dock and beach that was right out on the lake. It was also conveniently located across the road from Whole Foods and within short distance to plenty of great restaurants. Definitely will plan to stay here for our future trips to LT!

The condo was great. Plenty of space for me and my twin boys (16). The kitchen was well stocked and bathroom had hair dryer and provided shampoo and conditioner. The beds in the rooms were comfy. The only downside was the noise of the heater was loud especially in lower bedroom. Beware if you are a light sleeper. It was a hard for me to get a good night sleep. Other than that we had a great stay. The property is close to great restaurants and it was right on Lake Tahoe!!!!!

This was a nice unit. Very clean and comfortable. Both bathrooms were located downstairs which is tough if you have mobility issues.
