Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The place was a good size for 6 adults and a baby. We had a great time being able to walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants nearby.
The kitchen had most of what we needed but could have used some basics like salt, pepper, and oil since it’s likely to host families.
Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and linens were nice. WiFi was strong too.
Early check in isn’t available to request at this place but we had requested late check out as it is difficult to enjoy the morning and be out by 10:00am (listed check out time). In this case it also wasn’t an option.
Overall the location was great and the size of the unit really made it the best.

Location location location! Beautiful private beach and a nice pool and sauna for use. We hiked in the mornings and loved lounging at the beach in the afternoon. Across the street from Whole Foods which was very convenient.

Quiet property. No complaints.
