Overlooking a tranquil courtyard, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms. Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Very nice property, right on the lake. We enjoyed our stay here. There are bears right on the property, that made for an interesting stay. The staff was very nice and helpful.

El lugar es muy lindo y agradable. Todo estaba tal como se muestra y cumple con todo lo que ofrecen en la publicación. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en general.

El único aspecto que considero que podría mejorar es el estacionamiento. Si viajas con un vehículo adicional, no hay una opción disponible para estacionarlo en la propiedad, ni siquiera pagando un cargo adicional. Creo que sería muy conveniente que ofrecieran la posibilidad de pagar por un espacio extra de estacionamiento, en caso de estar disponible.

Fuera de eso, todo estuvo muy bien y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. ✨

Location was on the main road, walkable distance to the beach, pool, shopping, a drugstore, restaurants and coffee shops. Our specific townhome was comfortable, clutter-free, and a good fit for our family of four (with 2 teen-aged boys). Weather was perfect during our late June stay. Overall great vacation for us.
