The unit was clean and every thing we needed for our stay. While we stayed during the winter and didn't need AC we noticed this unit had an AC unit, which is rare.

This unit was very nice and clean, it had new furniture and carpet throughout. I liked that their patio furniture was bar stool height so you are not staring into the railing. The wifi worked without an issue!
