Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Unfortunately the location we booked sold just prior to our trip, the agency reached out and offered a full refund or comparable locations for no extra charge. We agreed on a different location and couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. The location and amenities were as expected and we had an amazing experience which was needed after our previous location the days prior.

This is a great location in South LakeTahoe.
Our unit in the main lodge (305) was decent but the furniture needs updating (old couch with stains)
The beds were good and clean but the shower curtain was too short .
Overall it's a great unit but would be fantastic with some furniture updates and better lightning.
Also the door code system is finicky and sometimes takes several tries to get in the room.
The location is what makes this area great and we enjoyed it to the fullest, I would gladly stay again.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). It was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed. The management company was responsive and easy to deal with. The location of the property is ideal! The walk to the beach from the front door is less than 5 minutes. Heavenly Village is a short drive as are the casinos. We would definitely stay at this property again.
