This beautiful open-concept condo is just the place for your next family vacation to South Lake Tahoe. This rental features a comfortable living area and a kitchen with breakfast bar seating. The deck right off the main room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the South Lake Tahoe sunshine. You'll have access to shared pools.

You'll love being located steps away from the beaches of Lake Tahoe and within walking distance to State Line and Ski Run Boulevard. On the property, there are two shared swimming pools for you to enjoy. Only a mile away, you will find casinos, shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Our family has been coming to Lakeland Village for 30 years and we had a great time staying with Vacasa. Great home, service and private beach access. Our code to the pool in the app was incorrect, and the kitchen table was sticky when we arrived, but other than that and some damp carpeting everything was fantastic!
