Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated that they provided a lot of towels, as well as the dishwashing soap for the dishwasher (many places don’t for some reason). While the furniture could use some updates, it was a minor issue and didn’t impact the overall experience. One thing that could be improved is the clarity of the instructions—I didn’t realize garage parking was an option until another guest we met mentioned it. Including this detail would have been helpful. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We had a great time staying here, the place could use a little updating and a bigger fridge(we stayed a full week), but overall the amenities were great. Great water pressure, comfortable beds, nice pillows, and the couch and matching chair were super cozy. Would stay here again.
