There is also a gas fireplace to make your stay even more pleasant, especially during the winter months. Guests are also granted access to a variety of shared amenities such as a firepit, grills, sauna, fitness room, seasonal pool, and hot tub as well as a nearby stretch of private beach.

Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.



Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Todo lo que ofrece lo tiene
Muy limpio y sin escalones pues cuentas con un elevador.
Buen parqueo y una zona excepcional.
