A ski rack is available for guest use.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Great location on a private beach with pools and other facilities. The unit itself is a bit dated and the sound really carries from upstairs neighbors, but for our purposes it was great!

We loved the location. The unit was great for our needs. But that mattress has got to go. Some other reviews stated something similar. We ended up spending $80 on a mattress topper to make it tolerable! Nothing ruins an expensive stay like horrible nightly sleep. Everything else was great.
