Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The unit itself was clean, comfortable and everything you could need. The resort is well situated for walking to restaurants, groceries and other shopping. The only downside is it is located on a busy street and it can be difficult to cross lanes of traffic.

Large enough for Two comfortably. Does have sleeper sofa. Nice balcony view of property trees. Very small peek at the lake if you get down to banister height look all the way to the left under the tree branches. Both screen doors open and keep the room fresh and comfortable. Our family could come over and relax evenings with room for all 6 of us. Liked that we could walk through the property to the beach, set up chairs and see the sunset everyday for free. Kids like playing in the sand, collecting tiny seashells, and chasing ducks and swans. There are many units in the comolex, but no noise issues that we could hear. Small issue RE ADA: things are accessible, but current roadwork on property makes it difficult and very bumpy. Also must call office to let you into the main pool only access is going to front sidewalk along the street and entering through a gate opened by security. fYI, you would feel more comfortable wearing a coverup. Pool and hot tub there are large and very relaxing! Enjoy your stay.

Really liked the great access to and amenities at the lake! Central location in South Tahoe area made for easy “commute” to Heavenly lift, boat ride at the marina and great hiking.
