Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Pros: Beautiful private beach, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, ease of parking, easy drive to most attractions, dual sinks outside bathroom and large balcony.

Cons: 2fl apartment so could be noisy at times due to tenants above and the balcony facing the parking lot. Old school noisy air conditioner, fixtures and furniture are dated and the bathroom shower temperature and pressure was inconsistent.

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved access to the private beach. The location was convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was nice and cozy—just what we needed for a 2-night stay. I took off a star since the mattress was quite uncomfortable and really limited sleep. Even my 4-year old woke up crying in the morning with back pain.
