Everything is nice, beds are comfortable and the space feels homely but the kitchen is a bit lacking, like there are no cutting boards, no salt or pepper and we were only provided with one coffee filter for a multi night stay. Other than that I would be willing to come back with a little more forethought.

5 stars. I loved this unit. I was hesitant to book it because some of the reviews I read expressed concerns with cleanliness, lack of upgrades, and noise from the street. I had absolutely zero problems with this unit. It was very clean. Sure, some furniture and appliances were older, but they were clean and worked fine. Not sure why updates would be needed when everything is well kept. Yes the unit faces the street and you hear cars driving by, but the sound was so minimal and not bothersome to us at all. The unit is really cozy. Only thing that I'd suggest is a colder fridge, but that is not a deal breaker for me. Would stay again.

It was great, we just wish there was a wine opener in the apartment and washing machine available for use. Thank you.

Lakeland Village has great accommodations although our room was in the main lodge and we were expecting different a location on property when booking on booking.com. I didn’t know to book through Vacasa. The amenities are great the property is very clean. All the guest were very friendly lots of kids and families however, our room was in desperate needs of updates and new furniture. Overall it was a good experience the grounds are well kept and the private beach is wonderful and made our stay perfect. Great overall location for Lakeland village/ Vacasa, right by grocery stores, bike trails, CVS, restaurants etc. bottom line is -check the unit you are getting if you want a condo close to the beach. We were in a 3 story building apartment facing Southlake Tahoe Boulevard, our room was extremely noisy with street traffic.

We were given 2 towels for our 3 night stay for 4 guests. When we asked for more towels we were told we’d need to wash the ones we had. Not sure how that would work with 4 people showering at least once a day. The parking on 4th of July was horrendous due to people illegally parking in the hotels lot and parking passes not being enforced. We were forced to park illegally to avoid missing the fireworks show. The location to the pool jacuzzi and street was great, however it’s one of the furthest units from the beach. The condo had most of what we needed, but not having enough towels was quite the nightmare. The food options nearby are good, some within walking distance.
