After a fun-filled day of exploration, soak in the hot tub or get cozy around the firepit. A large fenced yard adds privacy and space for the kids to play. Complimentary WiFi, washer/dryer, toys, kids games, and parking are provided. Curl up on the sofa bed in the comfortable first-floor living area and watch TV beside an electric fireplace. Prep meals in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, then share meals in the inviting dining space. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 42' TV. A luxurious en-suite bath boasts a clawfoot tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin trundle. A second-floor guest bath holds a tub/shower combination, and a guest bath off the living room has a walk-in shower. The sofa bed on the upstairs landing offers another comfy place to curl up. Your rental is convenient to Harrah's Casino (0.9 mi) and Montbleu (1.1 mi). City of South lake Tahoe VHR Permit # 332645 THINGS TO KNOW This property is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 6 persons. Up to 4 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit. b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited. c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved Surfaces. Only 3 vehicles allowed. f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours. g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property. h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse. i. Trash day is every Monday. ☐ Bear box: All trash shall be stored in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South Tahoe Refuse on trash day. ☐ No bear box: Trash and recycling shall not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day. Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both occupant and to the property owner.

The house is great and was perfect size for our party of 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. It has a nice size fenced front yard that the kids played in the snow in for hours. Hot tub was really nice and kids loved it. Location is perfect; close to Heavenly village and casinos. Only reason for 4 stars is check-in is 4 pm which is kinda late and when we arrived at 4:10 the house was not ready and we had no where to park until the cleaners left around 4:30. Also, checkout at 10 am is not ideal. But overall amazing house for the price and highly recommend!

Our family had a great experience staying at this Cellador Charms. It is very spacious and comfortable, has everything we need. Location, location, location - the location is super, easy access to ski resort, shops and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised that the driveway and walkway already cleared the next morning after a big snow storm.

Excellently located in the middle of town making all of south lake bikable. Backs up to Van Sickle with trail access end the end of the road! Quiet neighborhood just minutes from the energy of the village.
