Great communication from the hosts. Supplies were sufficient for the length of my stay. Well stocked kitchen. Patio has morning sun, perfect for coffee. Short walk to the pool and hot tub.

Great place and great community! My kids love the swimming pools (there are 4 pools!) and hot tubs, our apartment is awesome too!

The only issue is that the Avari management never respond to my Airbnb questions. The instruction suggested “check-in with front desk”, I queried about the location of the front desk (turns out it’s at the village entrance) and whether there’s laundry facility nearby (turns out it’s in the building #15 and #17). But I never got any response on Airbnb. I had to call their number (and their number listed in Airbnb was wrong) to talk to their customer service (had to wait in line for 20 minutes).

This condo was an excellent value. Everything was as advertised. We stayed here for skiing at Mt. Bachelor. We really enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs after skiing.

This is no fault of the owners so I didn’t deduct any stars, but at check-in, the concierge was pretty pushy about trying to sign us up for a timeshare presentation.
