Nestled perfectly in the idyllic Broken Top neighborhood, this second-floor condo will undoubtedly be the highlight of your next couple’s getaway or solo retreat!

All-season adventure awaits, from hiking and mountain biking to world-class winter and water sports - delight in every attraction Bend offers. You’ll be just two-and-a-half miles from the Old Mill district and even closer to downtown walks along the Deschutes River. Mount Bachelor is 20 miles away, giving easy access to the Cascade Lakes Highway to explore the gorgeous landscape. Enjoy stand-up paddleboarding and rafting on the Deschutes, climbing at Smith Rock, and trying all the local craft breweries and restaurants.

Inside, relax in front of the gas fireplace in the cozy living area or grill out on the spacious deck while soaking up some sun. The stylish full kitchen boasts modern appliances and plenty of counter space for quickly crafting delicious home-cooked meals. After a day on the mountain, unwind on the balcony with a glass of wine as the starlight illuminates the mountaintops.

Had a very nice stay here. Bed was very comfy and the tv screen is large. There are walking trails nearby. If you stay here— there’s a coffee maker but no coffee, so bring your own. And if you need to provide the unit number to the person at the manned gate and you can’t find it in the info you received before your stay, you can find it in the WiFi Network name.

Nice little spot nestled in Broken Top. Access was quite easy, and place was plenty big for 1-2 people. We didn’t run into any gate issues, despite other guests reviews. We came in after 11pm one night and used the call box - simple and quick.

Yes, there are some quirks, namely because the homeowner has sectioned off the upper floor from the lower, so you won’t have a washer and dryer, or you’ll accidentally cast your phone to the guests TV downstairs (which shares the WiFi), but overall was very nice. You can hear people moving about downstairs fairly easily, but it was tolerable for us. The place was overall in nice condition… a few minor carpet stains, etc but nothing abnormal for a nice Airbnb. Overall I would stay here again vs a hotel for the same price.

Entering the property on 2 occasions was difficult due to the gate guard's rudeness and bad attitude . The bed comforter had a blood stain.
