Central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom will keep the High Desert outside. There's plenty of spots for guests to relax with a book or a game of chess, and there's room on the long sectional couch for everyone. If someone needs to finish some remote work, there's a desk workspace all set up near the dining area. Of course, you'll all enjoy cooking together in the full kitchen set up with full-size appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property managed by the Avari team. We especially appreciated the amenities, particularly the indoor swimming pool, as well as the privacy and serenity of the neighborhood.
The management team was very responsive when we had an issue with the Wi-Fi and helped resolve it promptly. The house was adequately furnished, well-maintained, and comfortable.
We had a wonderful experience and would certainly consider staying at other properties managed by the Avari team. Highly recommended!

This place was beautiful, and so clean. We were so greatful for the amount of towels! Walking distance to the pool was also a huge plus.
The only downside was just feeling like we could not get the house to cool down. The weather was beautiful for our 4th of July weekend getaway but the AC just didn't seem to keep up with the heat. We found ourselves sitting outside on the patio (glad we packed camp chairs) in the evenings because outside was often cooler than in.

Definitely would stay here again,. Unit was nice and spacious. Loved the hot tub. Lots of walking paths, dog friendly, great for kids (especially the kiddie pool, splash pad). The entire area is very clean. It feels very safe for families.

Love the location and how quiet it is. Downstairs is open, spacious, and looks out into a semi-private backyard! Great for a family with a dog!
