The home itself was very nice, a great place to relax for a few days. The management team however made the check in and out process very difficult. We did not receive a lock code for the front door with any of the check in messages. After several unanswered emails, we called and eventually got a code to the lock box that contained a front door key. Thirty hours after our check in time we did receive the front door code. We had to send an email to get the check out instructions. I would not rent from this management team in the future.

Only thing for me was the email for check in the day of didnt have the code for the door and I tried to reach out through the messaging system with no response. Had to call and talk to a nice lady that was able to get me the code after about 10 minutes but her instructions weren't perfect as she said the code was for the lockbox to get a physical key but turned out it was actually for the front door. Other than that was a nice place and met my expectations. Would definitely go back.

Great neighborhood and location. Babbling creek out back. Stargazing from the private hot tub on the back deck. Walk/hike through the neighborhood with beautiful views of the Cascade and Blue Mountain ranges. Attached to endless BLM trails. Easy access to all the trails and sites in central Oregon. Easy access to the restaurants of Bend, Sisters and Redmond.

Quite neighborhood, comfortable beds, hot tub was a wonderful bonus, loved the gas fireplace. Definitely would come back.
