When I got there, I had to use a ten digit code to get in. Then, they inform me, they had a four digit code for the downstairs door.
The hot tub was slimy and unusable. I had already complained about getting in the house and didn't wanna look like a complainer.
The painter came and interrupted three separate days with no notification.
The toilet paper is the cheapest they could find, as are the paper towels. I had to go and buy a no-stic spatula because there was none to be found in the house.
The fireplace was not able to be utilized during a pretty cold night, which would have been nice to have since I can't mess with the thermostat.
I have stayed at Eagle crest,
Eighteen of the last twenty years. This was my worst experience.
It boils down to maintenance of the facility and having the correct information available to easily. occupy. Nearly everywhere i've stayed on airbnb, has had some sort of house manual that explains the procedures and where everything is.

Overall it was a very nice place, It would be nice if the check out time was later than 10 AM, or if I could have been able to negotiate to stay a bit longer, when I asked I did get a quick response and it was just a very nice generic no, I could tell that is just the normal response with no room to talk about it, and we could not check in until 4 pm , but still needed to leave by 10 am, just kind of early. I do understand about cleaning but most places usually are 11 Am .

The home was in a great location for people who love to be outdoors. Great hiking/biking/walking trails and access to the gym and tennis/pickeball court. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials.

While on the opposite side of the resort from the canyon, the location was very nice, close to the trails for bikes and walking distance to one of the outdoor pool. Great to stay in a detached house. Check in/check out was straightforward, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils to be able to cook meals, and very nice having garage access to store the bikes. There's also a parking spot in front of the house on the main level which made unloading very easy and could skip the stairs if needed. In general, we love staying at Eagle Crest as it is central to several destinations, lots of options for day outings.
