Location. Layout is. Ice if you want to spend time together but if you want to break off, felt like separate living quarters with the separate bathroom and bedrooms.

Very nice townhouse and fantastic location that can’t be beat. Master bedroom and bath are big and very nice. Other bedrooms are quite small.

Walking distance to everything! Great view from the rooftop patio. Street parking was easy enough. Train noise was not as bad as it was expecting after reading other reviews. I gave 4 stars instead if 5 because of the beds. Listing shows it sleeps 6. The beds do not fit 6 adults. The two smaller beds are full, not Queens size. Would be great for kids. Luckily we brought an air mattress, so we made do with that and the couch for sleeping. Everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location with excellent view of the event site. Easy to walk into town, and also to event site (or 2 min drive). Beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. Recommend this place!
