It was a great place, especially the backyard to play different games. Just a nice quiet place out in the woods. The only thing that would make it great, is if they could trim some trees, so you could see Mt Hood

Avari response:

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us, Randy! It sounds like you had a fantastic time playing games in the backyard and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of the woods. We appreciate your suggestion about trimming the trees for a better view of Mt. Hood; it's always great to hear how we can enhance our guests' experiences. We hope to welcome you back soon for another relaxing getaway!

Hopefully, this house will be our family go to for many years to come.

The property was nestled among the orchards,,with a view of Mt. Adams in the background. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 10. And having the owners right next door was reassuring, should an emergency arise. Plus the game room could not have contained more opportunity for family fun. An exceptional suppled house.

At first, it was surprising to have no oven, but there were so many appliances available, it was really no issue. Guests just need to be aware to not push the outlets beyond their circuit load. We had no issues. Also one of the downstairs couples felt a little musty smell in the bottom left bedroom. No smell in the right downstairs bedroom though.

Avari response:

Marilyn, it warms our hearts to hear that you and your family found a special place in our home. The view of Mt. Adams and the surrounding orchards truly create a beautiful backdrop for family gatherings, and we’re thrilled that the five bedrooms worked so well for your group of ten.

It’s great to know that the game room provided plenty of fun for everyone. We designed that space to be a hub of laughter and connection, and it sounds like it delivered! We appreciate your understanding regarding the absence of an oven; we aim to provide a variety of appliances to make meal prep easy and enjoyable.

We’re sorry to hear about the musty smell in one of the downstairs bedrooms. That’s not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ll certainly look into it. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

We hope to welcome you back for many more family memories in the future!

This house worked out very well for us. We were visiting my daughter who only lived two miles from this property so it was very convenient. Property was secluded and had a very large yard. There were plenty of activities in game room that gave us plenty to do. Hosts were extremely nice. Would recommend this property.

Avari response:

Thank you, James, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that the house was a perfect fit for your visit to see your daughter. It sounds like you made the most of the large yard and game room, which is exactly what we hope for our guests. Our team takes pride in providing a welcoming atmosphere, and we're glad you felt that warmth during your stay. We appreciate your recommendation and would love to welcome you back anytime for another visit.
