Great location, but unfortunately the cleanliness and condition of the home did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, it appeared the property had not been properly cleaned between guests. We found an empty energy drink can, a used washcloth with hair in the upstairs shower, food splatter inside cabinets, and debris in kitchen drawers. The downstairs level had a strong mold/mildew odor that made the space unusable for our group, which was disappointing since the second living room was one of the reasons we booked the home.

The carpets were heavily stained, including a sticky area in one bedroom. The upstairs bedroom was especially concerning, with a damaged bed frame and bedding that contained hair and stains. We also found some basic amenities missing, including soap, body wash, and shampoo. We spent a significant amount of time cleaning and addressing issues at the start of our stay. While the location was excellent, the property's cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.

This was a great getaway for our family of 4. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was functional. Internet worked well. Beds were satisfactory. In all, the property is a bit dated (and reflected in the affordable price), but everything was very clean and worked well. We are very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.
