Downtown home with private hot tub & WiFi - walk to beach - dog-friendly yard

This place was pretty much everything we were looking for and wanted to find in a rental for the family vacation. However for the price and for the check in times and check out times I felt it was kind of a rip off. No early check ins. No adding extra days. No late check outs. Charged cleaning fees and the place was not very clean. Dirty socks, toys, and clutter under the couch which hadn't been swept in a very long time. If check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am - it shouldn't take that long to clean that little house at all. But maybe check to make sure it is actually clean. I feel the times could be better you lose a whole day just for that. We loved the house, hot tub, location and everything. Only complaint is not enough time for the price.

Great Location, easy access to the sand and shopping we hope to make use of this location again in the future

I loved everything about the property I thought it was absolutely hilarious that there was dish detergent for a dishwasher, but we didn’t see a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog and he loved chasing the bunnies.

The only issue we had was the curtain rod in the left bedroom every time my mother-in-law tried to open or close the curtains it would fall apart into three pieces might want to replace that hardware
