Whether you're looking to entertain loved ones or simply relax in a beautiful coastal setting, you'll be able to do it all at this Seaside home just a few blocks from the beach. Enjoy an expansive deck and backyard, comfortable leather furnishings, and a private firepit to gather around each evening when fire season is not in effect - all in a prime location close to the sand, the Seaside Promenade, and downtown. Additional amenities include a level 2 electric vehicle charger in the garage. Tesla vehicles MUST manually limit charge to 24A to use this charger If you head less than two blocks west, you'll find an access point to the ocean beach and the end of the Seaside Promenade. Downtown Seaside is within walking distance, just three-quarters of a mile south along the river, offering superb dining options. You can also feed the seals at the historic Seaside Aquarium on the Promenade, hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, or tee off at one of the five beautiful golf courses between Seaside and Astoria. THINGS TO KNOW Parking for two vehicles available in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed for vacation rental renters, or their visitors, in the City of Seaside. Limited overnight parking is available by permit at the Seaside Visitors Bureau for extra vehicles of VRD renters or their visitors. Guests may obtain a parking permit at the Visitors Bureau, located at 7 N Roosevelt in Seaside from 9am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday and 10am to 2pm Sundays seasonally. The firepit is not available for use from June 1st to December 1st.

This location was perfect for my family. Walking distance to River or Beach. However, our host was not responsive when we had a question about our stay. The overall stay was great and did not have any complaints about our stay

This was a perfect base for our weekend away with our pup. The location feels secluded but is a short walk from Broadway and the Prom, two blocks from the beach away from the crowds at the turnaround. We only ate breakfasts there, but the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, gadgets, etc., the primary bed is comfortable and the fenced yard and deck were both great for our pup to also enjoy his stay.

Home is exactly what is advertised on the site. We have been going to Seaside forvolleyball for 10+ years as the kids grow up and we have stayed all over the Seasdie areas and this is the first time we have stayed this far north but it was a good spot, bit far for my daughter to walk and play but nice property. Only odd this was the was no back up on paper good, one roll of TP and one paper towel, for the price i would expect a couple but again overall great place.

This property is about a mile north of the main Seaside activity. The area is all residential, so in the mornings we could hear so many different bird calls. We timed the walk to the beach at about 8 minutes, and it's so much less crowded than the main Seaside beach area.
