When it’s time to escape to the Northern Oregon Coast for your next family vacation, the Seashell Beach House is the ideal spot to set up a home base! Recently renovated with comfortable, modern furnishings, this home offers a spacious living area with plenty of seating and a large brick fireplace that you can curl up next to on stormy winter days. You'll even have a Ping-Pong table in the garage to welcome you home from the beach each afternoon!

What’s nearby:
This home sits right next to Cartwright Park, less than a mile south of the center of Seaside. The beach and the promenade (a paved pathway that stretches for a mile and a half along the Pacific Ocean) are only three blocks west, and the Seaside Golf Course awaits one block south. Broadway Street, with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, is also less than a mile north.

We enjoyed our time at the house. We appreciated that there was a park right across the street to walk our dog. House was very comfortable and not to far from the beach.

Short walk to beach with easy access. Home was well furnished and stocked with basic essentials. Nice to be far enough away from downtown Seaside to avoid noise and traffic but still close enough to walk if you choose.

Property was bigger than expected. Good location for a base camp to explore lots of beaches, etc. Park across the street was very family/pet friendly. Host was very helpful with our not so tech savvy generation . We would definitely book again !

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute but could use a deep clean. We couldn't find a can opener so bought and left one. That seems weird like maybe someone took their can opener? The kitchen is otherwise very well equipped. The listing says 3 blocks from the beach and there are 2 queen beds. The house is 5 blocks from the beach, which is no big deal, and there is now a king bed in one room.
