We loved staying in this sweet home and fantastic neighborhood! Walking distance to the local market and great breakfast place as well as the beach, it was everything we wanted for a quiet ocean getaway.

We had two overall issues with the rental. The cleanliness of the rental was not what I'd expect from a BNB. The kitchen was not wiped down, including the coffee pot, the toaster and the microwave. The sofa bed had a mattress cover on it that was littered with debris (most likely from being on the couch and it sliding down onto the mattress) and there was garbage and toys under the couch. The mattress cover upstairs had hair and debris on it as well. The neighboring rental had the sprinklers on one cycle area almost the entire duration of our stay. The sprinklers hit the driver's side of the vehicle which meant we got wet every time we got in or out of the vehicle. Very frustrating stay.

Love the Oregon coast so much! You can see the beach from the house and easy path to walk. Delicious breakfast spot right around the corner as well.

House was perfect for our stay and was in a quiet, small neighborhood. Clean, well equipped, and friendly host.

Lock code was a little confusing with a very long code to get in.

First off I want to say that the Airbnb itself was great, it’s a cute little house and a great location. Our main issue was the management. When we arrived, we found that the provided Wi-Fi network was unavailable, and the backup network they had would drop a signal every couple minutes. We let management know, and they said that they would send maintenance out immediately. A day went by and they still had not sent maintenance out, I had followed up a couple times, and they said that they were sending a reminder. Finally the day before check out I got a call, the manager had been out of office for two days and it was never sent to the back up manager. They weren’t super helpful on the phone either, they just said sorry and didn’t offer to do anything since we were checking out the following morning. The Wi-Fi didn’t end up being a huge issue, but I was not thrilled with the property manager’s communication.
