We really enjoyed the stay, though the home was a bit older. It was in great condition and it really felt like home while we were there. Enjoyed the back deck with the beautiful view. It was perfect for me and my guest.

The house was spacious for a two bedroom. The layout was great. The large deck was wonderful. Located off the main road made the property private and quiet. We stayed only two days but definitely would love to stay again for longer.

Avari response:

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! It sounds like the spacious layout and large deck really made your time relaxing and enjoyable. We love that you found the location to be private and quiet, perfect for unwinding. Two days is just a taste of what Seaside has to offer, and we would be delighted to welcome you back for a longer visit. There’s so much to explore, from the beach to the local shops and restaurants. Looking forward to your next stay!

It was cute, but a little rough around the edges

We enjoyed the location and it’s quick walk to the beach.

September 2026

We enjoyed the tucked back privacy of the place and a view to bird wildlife from the kitchen table which looks out to the deck and the waterway beyond it. The beach was a short distance away and this particular stretch of beach is beautiful. The only negative aspect is that the place could use a little updating. but it was clean and ready for visitors.
