This cottage has a prime Seaside location and is the perfect place for your family or friends to gather and enjoy time together at the Oregon Coast. This home features a large kitchen with granite countertops and a spacious living room to spread out and relax in. There are sliding doors that lead to a private back deck that overlooks a serene wetlands area, making it the perfect spot to sit each morning with a cup of coffee and observe visiting wildlife or enjoy an evening BBQ together.

This home is an ideal location for exploring all that Seaside has to offer! Walk just three short blocks over to the beach, or head north to Broadway Street and explore its restaurants, souvenir shops, and fun activities. There's also a golf course, movie theater, and a small aquarium right in town.

Great place for a mini vacation

Was in a nice area.... was able to sit on deck and bird watch. House was cozy and had everything you could possibly use. Close enough to walk to everything. Would definitely stay here again.9

It’s a great place to stay. The river was right out the front and was gorgeous to see. It’s walking distance to a ton of stuff like the beach and the main streets of Seaside. When arriving for parking if you have a taller and wider SUV/Truck (we have an F150 for reference) you will find it’s TIGHT and the tree branches will scratch the roof if you try to reposition the vehicle since backing out between the tight entrance is a bit difficult at night. The house was clean and tidy but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The house was spacious and comfy though, but we did have a smallllllllll issue one night of our stay with a sudden gang of spiders decided to invade. Definitely not my favorite, but we’re right near the river bank and near lots of trees so it’s not unexpected. Otherwise the stay for the most part was uneventful and pleasant.

Overall a great place nice and hidden from the town. There is lots of beds and it makes for a greater expertise being less then .5 miles from the beach.

This house was perfect! Pretty open floor plan and the deck/ fenced backyard area was so great to hangout at and let my dog Mochi run around! Very dog friendly :)) Extremely clean and quiet and less than 10 minutes walk to the cute little town area and the beach! Loved the area, hosts, and overall experience!
