Great location. So much room and very comfortable. The communication was perfect. We never once had to reach out for anything. Great for a large family or two or a girls trip - which is what we did!

The kids were really happy with this house, with all the arcade games and kids room upstairs. The beds were comfortable and it had all the basic things a house needs, as well as a grill and fire pit, which were great. It’s also very close to the beach, a longer walk from downtown Seaside, but that was fine for us.

There were some cleanliness issues - for example, the bathroom had some visibly dirty areas, and my bedroom had some debris on the rug, including feathers, toilet paper, and a big dust bunny. I wrote to the management company about these and they offered me an apology as a response.

The kitchen had most things I needed but was missing some things like a full set of measuring cups and spoons, but good enough to cook the things I wanted.

Make sure to bring your own coffee and tea and such for your first morning!

Cons: The place could use a major cleaning such as shampooing stains off carpet, and degreasing kitchen & oven, etc. Kitchen could use an update to fix peeling or broken floor tiles, and fix the screen on the kitchen door. The shower stall leaks. The floor was not swept when we arrived.
Pros: Excellent location and home was large enough to accommodate a large group with many activities to keep everyone entertained such as ping pong, air hockey, puzzles, etc. Very walkable.
