The home is located just two blocks from the beach where you can spend an enjoyable and relaxing day searching for shells, building sandcastles or just taking a stroll at sunset. Broadway Avenue is a short half-mile walk north and is where you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment options. While downtown, be sure to set aside time to rent a surrey or sand bike - both are great for pedaling around town or exploring Seasides miles of sandy shoreline.

Loved the location. 2-2.5 blocks from the beach 4-5 blocks from town… perfect location. Loved the fenced back yard for privacy and the indoor fireplace.
Just a heads up that this house is three bedrooms, and one of the bedrooms has a really cool sofa in it that converts to a bed, but that room is small and not the size of the other rooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom in it and it’s very nice sized and the other two bedrooms have a bathroom in between them. All of this was fine, but it’s important to know that one of the bedrooms has a bathroom in it. There’s a propane fire pit in the backyard, we did not get to use it, but it would’ve been nice too if we had more time. The home has one couch that seats about three people and two oversized chairs so if you have more than two couples seating could be challenging downstairs. There is a dining room table that people could sit at if you’re all watching TV, but it wouldn’t be as comfortable. The home is nice and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful two weeks stay. The property was close to the beach and walking distance to town. Walking was easy, through the dunes, along the promenade, on the long, long Beach and through the neighborhood. A lovely restful stay!
