The home is located just two blocks from the beach where you can spend an enjoyable and relaxing day searching for shells, building sandcastles or just taking a stroll at sunset. Broadway Avenue is a short half-mile walk north and is where you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment options. While downtown, be sure to set aside time to rent a surrey or sand bike - both are great for pedaling around town or exploring Seasides miles of sandy shoreline.

the place was comfortable and as described, I had 2 minor problems, of the two clocks in the living area neither kept time although the oven clock was good. We had a storm and the internet would constantly go out. all said I would book there again.

The place was walking distance to downtown and to the beach. Very clean. Management was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved it was pet friendly for our fur baby.

My family had an amazing stay, very clean especially for a pet friendly location. Location is fantastic, its a 8 minute walk to downtown and about 2 minutes to the beach.

Plenty of seating with couches. The living room TV was nice and had a bookshelf. The location was really nice. It was close to the beach and downtown. There was a big BBQ and fire pit outside. The washer and dryer were nice and worked good. The kitchen was nice and big would be good to cook for a larger group if needed.

Mentioned 3 beds in description but only had 2. There was a couch in a third room. Would have been nice to have black out curtains or darker curtains since the windows were really bright when the sun came up. States there is AC in description. There was no AC and even notes on the wall the home had no AC. We didn't need it luckily and there was 2 fans for the bedrooms. Despite this we would rent here again.
