Overall, we had a great stay and would rate it 4.5/5. The home looked as advertised and is a two-story house.

The home was tidy overall, but the cleanliness could be improved. There is no AC, and although each room had a fan, the house felt warm, especially upstairs. I imagine it gets quite warm during peak summer.

There is one full bathroom and a separate toilet room, both next to the kitchen. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it felt a little awkward having people walk through the kitchen while someone was cooking.

The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the laundry pods and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were very flat. The sofa was comfortable but had a noticeable sweat-like odor.

The host was responsive, and check-in and check-out were easy. The location was convenient, parking comfortably fit our sedan and long-bed truck, and the neighbors were quiet.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The home was very cozy and cute. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make dinner at home. The upstairs gets a little warm and there is no A/C. We mentioned that it was warm in the upstairs area and the next morning someone from the Avari team brought a fan to our front door (: would stay here again when we are down in Seaside again!

Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to other people

I liked the location a lot. Loved the big kitchen table, and couch so all of us could fit comfortably.

The girls who slept downstairs said they smelt a gas or propane smell both nights. Also one of the girl upstairs said it was hard to sleep because someone light on their house kept flashing a light and it was a little too warm since there were no fans or AC. Also didn’t like that they told us last minute about the hot water tank was busted and wouldn’t be fixed the time we were there so no hot showers and also couldn’t find any other places to stay but luckily they ended up just replacing the tank so that was nice.
