Our 5th time at Seaside, but first time at this home. We loved the house, the views, and the location! It's awfully pricey compared to similar rentals, but I can see us staying there again and again if the pricing can get and remain a bit more competitive.

Location is great, right next to the path that leads to the beach, which is not crowded and is wide open for sunset viewing and campfires. The house was more spacious than the pictures let on. We were comfortable. The WiFi was out or on and off for most of the weekend, which drove our 3 teen/pre-teens and older adults who wanted to watch the news a little crazy. They did eventually get it running better the night before we left. It’s a big place to keep clean. Overall it was okay. Some small mouse poops on the counters in the kitchen, which could use a deeper clean. My partner washed some of the windows so we could better appreciate the ocean views. We did make great use of the house though, including the outdoor fireplace, which we loved.
