Overview

This classic Seaside Bungalow has been restored, keeping all the beauty and details of its original construction, yet updated with modern conveniences. Whether you are relaxing before the stone fireplace or cooking in the modern kitchen, you will be so happy you chose this home. Right off the kitchen is a charming dining area. The wall of windows allows the sun to pour into both the dining area and kitchen.

There is one bedroom off the living room that is large and comfortable. Next to that is a recently updated bathroom. Down the hall is a true master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has also been recently refurbished with all the modern comforts. The master also includes a sliding glass door with access to the backyard patio and a private TV. Upstairs, in the low-ceiling attic, you will find two more beds, giving this home generous sleeping accommodation. Outside, you will find a charming patio, with plenty of seating for those warm sunny days. Inside or out, you will find this home has it all. And it's only a couple short blocks from the Promenade and the beach!

What a beautiful beach house!! Our family of 6 was so comfortable here and had plenty of space to enjoy. The kitchen and bathrooms were wonderfully stocked and updated and the bedrooms were very easy to relax in. It's a very short walk to the beach and also close to downtown. We'd definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy family time, I would highly recommend staying at this location. You can’t beat the location, beautiful views, and easily walkable to the beach (7min). We cannot wait to return!!!

We found this house to be everything we hoped it would be. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Easy to operate electronic devices. A very comfortable walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely seek out this property again on our next stay.
