Inside, nautical-themed decor creates a welcoming vibe. Unwind in the living area and enjoy the ambiance of an electric fireplace while watching shows on the TV. Concoct a drink at the wet bar while dinner simmers in the full kitchen, equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances including a gas range and French-door fridge. When you’re ready to eat, savor meals together at the dining table.

The house itself was fine, it had everything we needed. I took one star off the cleanliness because there was sand on the bedroom floors and one of the beds did not have a top sheet. It was customer support that I had the most problems with. This reservation was my second because the first one was cancelled by Avari because of a "computer glitch". I received an email telling me my reservation was cancelled, and when I called they were unapologetic and said they couldn't rebook the same house at the same time. There was no offer for a free night or any $$ off my next booking which I had to do myself. Then after two more weeks, I received a second email saying my reservation was cancelled. When I called again, the customer service agent treated me like I was crazy or senile. When I read the email, he realized it was for the first booking that had been cancelled a month before. I won't recommend Avari and I won't use them again.

The place was just great! We had everything we expected with no surprises, super clean, with everything we needed. The management company was proactive and responsive for any questions along the way! Love to stay again one day, thanks 😊

Very clean and well appointed. Great attention to detail. Close to the beach. Parking a bit tricky. No street parking. Period. Excellent kitchen. Sectional was great for movie watching.
